It's been a while since my last post, but things are picking up around here and I've been a little busy. Yeah!! BUYERS, can I say INTEREST RATES???? Now's the time, especially if you are a first-time homebuyer. Get going. Don't wait. We are being told interest rates may triple in the next 5-6 years. At that point, you won't be able to afford half the house you can now. Prices are great and the cost of borrowing money is even better. DO IT NOW!!
If you have a house to sell, work with a Realtor, get it priced right knowing that you will get a "deal" on what you buy, and move on. Don't whine about not getting "top dollar". It will all even out on the money you save when you buy. Put your pride and emotions aside and see your house through a "buyer's eyes". This will help you get more realistic with your expectations.
